The Work We Do Together

Your home should support your life, not drain it. Here's the work I do, and who it's for. If more than one of these sounds like you, that's normal — most people fit two or three.

Home Organizing

Kitchens and closets, pantries and paperwork, bedrooms and beyond — if it's in your home and it's not working, that's where I come in. I help you clear the clutter and find something that actually fits.

Chronic Disorganization

You've organized before. It came back. This isn't a willpower problem — it's a systems problem, and it needs a different approach than the one that didn't stick.

ADHD & Executive Function

You are not your clutter. ADHD can make planning, starting, and following through harder than it should be. We build systems that work with the way your brain works, not against it.

Complex Clutter & Hoarding Support

When there's more in the house than feels manageable, and the thought of anyone seeing it is worse than the house itself. Nothing leaves without your say.

Senior Downsizing

A move, a smaller home, a lifetime of belongings. We work through what stays, what goes, and what gets passed on — with the person whose things they are, in the room.

Moving Support

Packing, unpacking, and getting the new place set up. Boxes get labeled by where things go, not where they came from. I can point you toward movers and donation centers, so you're not figuring it all out alone.

How I Approach It

Nothing moves without your say. You make every decision about your belongings. I don't discard, donate, or relocate anything you haven't decided on.

We go at your pace. If a decision is hard, we set it aside and come back to it. Nothing here is a test, and nothing you own is evidence of anything about you.

Not sure where to start?

That's exactly where most people are. You don't need to have it figured out before you call. Start with the Nest Call — twenty to thirty minutes on the phone. I don't see your house. We just talk.

A Note for Referring Professionals

If you work with clients affected by chronic disorganization, ADHD, hoarding tendencies, or major life transitions, I'd welcome a conversation. While you work with your clients on thoughts, feelings, and goals, I show up in their space and support that work in a practical, hands-on way.

I hold Level 2 ICD specializations in Chronic Disorganization®, ADHD, hoarding, and time management, and I take confidentiality and ethical practice seriously as a member of both ICD and NAPO.

I also offer a Community Access Program — a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for income-qualifying clients referred by a licensed health or social services professional.

To connect or make a referral, use the contact form and select "Professional Referral" from the dropdown menu.

If you'd prefer to connect by phone first, you're welcome to schedule a Nest Call — it's the same free conversation, and a good way to talk through whether a client might be a fit before making a formal referral.
